Our heads are spinning at Jona the Dropped HQ right now!
Around a week ago this package arrived from Switzerland, from a wonderful subscriber who got in touch a while ago asking if it would be ok to send some chocolate to Jona for Christmas. Can’t say no to that!
I kept it a surprise for him, particularity the bit about the Swiss Army knife. That’s something he’s talked about wanting more and more lately. Very very special to receive from a supporter direct from the country of origin. Many thanks C-A, you’ve made his lad super happy.

The response has been …. just impossible to describe. Who’d ever have thought that just from sharing Jona’s humble journey in this sport he could be on the receiving end of such generosity? It’s hard to process. We are overwhelmed.
Right now we’re over half way to the cost of the new bike. It’s hard to identify the exact amount across different platforms and currencies but it’s sure a few thousand dollars more than we ever thought possible. You guys are amazing, just the best.

Every subscription, like, comment, membership and every bit of financial support, whether it’s a few dollars for a pie (Jona loves pies) or the massively generous donations some of you have given for the new bike, it really gives the best gift of all which is a sense of having people behind Jona. It gives so much meaning and affirmation to him on this journey. It’s like a crowd of people cheering for Tadej or Jonas riding up Alpe d'Huez in the tour - something Jona dreams of experiencing but in a way this dream is already coming true. It will never be forgotten.
