For the second year running Jona is racing the Morrinsville Wheelers Cycling Club Meadow Mushrooms Track Series at Grassroots Trust Velodrome.
Round 1 was on Saturday June 8 2024. Jona raced C-grade, and C & D combined with the under 15's for the snowball race at the end.
The program included:
- Scratch race
- Elimination race
- Points race
- Snowball race
CORRECTIONS!!
Video captions are mixed up for U15's: Scratch handicap was second race and team sprint was last. Also in the snowball it was Logan Dickerson getting the first point, sorry Logan got you mixed up with Mason.
A really positive morning for Jona, getting solid results against tough competition in his grade and a good win at the end. Looking forward to more next weekend.
